Job Summary
Lead the store team through intentional direction, embodying Arc'teryx's vision and values on every shift. Elevate the client experience by coaching sales advisors and sharing product expertise. Drive business results by managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations across the five store pillars. Build community connections by sharing brand stories and event details with both customers and staff. Maintain alignment through clear communication, supporting store procedures, and collaborating with management to meet targets. Operate with excellence by handling transactions, opening and closing the store, and utilizing sales tracking tools to ensure smooth daily function.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in management and in retail
- capacity to coach, motivate and reveal the potential of others
- passion for offering exceptional client experiences
- reinforcing brand loyalty through service, storytelling and community engagement
- solid skills in organization, time management and problem solving
- capacity to manage stocks, schedules and team performance
- mastery of French and English
- availability during retail peak times (e.g. Black Friday, end of year holidays)
- ability to lift up to 15kg if necessary
