Store Lead - Southlake Mall - Part time

The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). Responsibilities include training and coaching associates, addressing performance with employees, maintaining store standards, delivering exceptional customer service, driving store profitability through operational and product knowledge, and participating in payroll and scheduling.
