Store Lead - Rockvale Sq Outlets - Part Time

Store Lead responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures, acting as Leader on Duty (LOD), coaching and developing associates, driving customer engagement, maintaining store standards, and contributing to store profitability through strong teamwork and brand representation. Requires retail experience, ability to coach and provide feedback, schedule adaptability (including weekends), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication to foster a positive, high-performing store environment. Located in Lancaster, PA at Rockvale Square Outlets; part-time role with opportunities to support payroll processes and operational initiatives while upholding The Children’s Place brand and customer service standards.
