Job Summary
The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team through cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). Key responsibilities include developing talent through training, addressing performance concerns, modeling exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and processing payroll weekly. Candidates should possess excellent customer engagement skills, be detail oriented, and demonstrate effective communication and adaptability. Previous retail experience of 1-3 years is required, and the role also necessitates the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years previous retail experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer engagement
