Store Lead - Mall Of America - Part time

Store Lead responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). Represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development. Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance concerns with the Store Manager, participating in training, driving store profitability through payroll and scheduling adjustments, maintaining inventory in the stockroom, ensuring CRE standards and safety, delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with brand values.
