Job Summary
Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty. Responsibilities include coaching associates, developing talent, partnering with the Store Manager on performance concerns, delivering company training, fostering a positive work environment, providing timely performance feedback, motivating staff to build brand loyalty, representing the brand professionally, driving store profitability through scheduling and payroll processes, maintaining a clean stockroom, ensuring CRE Standards and Safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor. The role requires strong customer engagement, detail orientation, teamwork, effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years retail experience
- 18 years of age or older
