Store Lead - Capital City Mall - Part time

Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role involves coaching associates, training, addressing performance, maintaining store standards, driving customer service, promoting brand loyalty, and ensuring store profitability through operational and product knowledge. Responsibilities include developing talent, providing timely feedback, scheduling adjustments, payroll processing, maintaining a clean stockroom, adhering to CRE standards and safety requirements, and representing the brand professionally on the sales floor while collaborating with the management team to maximize productivity.
