Job Summary
Collaborate with store leadership to manage daily retail operations, including scheduling labor, maintaining supplies, and ensuring branding and security. Oversee product logistics such as sorting, pricing, stocking, and cash handling while conducting audits to implement operational improvements. Train and develop team members, support store communications, and track statistical counts for accurate reporting. Perform janitorial tasks, stay informed on product trends, and participate in events to maintain a positive customer experience. Work an 8-hour, 40-hour weekly shift with weekend availability in an indoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to accommodate diverse communication styles and abilities
- Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to team lift or use equipment to aid in the lifting and movement of items over 40 pounds
- Employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check
