Store keeper

Manage all stocks under responsibility by safeguarding stored items, preventing loss and spoilage through expiry date monitoring, and maintaining a clean, organized storeroom. Control stock movements by issuing goods against authorized requisitions, conducting regular physical inventory checks to reconcile system records, and monitoring levels to ensure timely replenishment with the Purchasing department. Prepare required reports including Receiving Records, Daily Summary Reports, and Slow Moving Item Reports as directed by Management. Maintain effective working relationships with all departments to support Hotel operations while undertaking any additional duties assigned by senior management.
