Store Janitorial/Cleaning Associate

Maintain a clean store environment with focus on floor care, including operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business and to reinforce a positive store culture with honesty and respect. Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards and participates in store recovery and safety practices; supports Front End coverage and adheres to labor laws and company policies. Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, physical stamina to operate cleaning equipment, and ability to multi-task in a retail environment.
