Store-in-Store Manager

Store-in-Store Manager responsible for leading retail operations and a sales team within partner locations to drive customer engagement, sales performance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing store operations (opening/closing), coaching staff to improve customer interactions and sales skills, maintaining product knowledge and ensuring compliance with corporate communications, and building partnerships with store-in-store leadership to achieve customer outcomes. Requires at least a high school diploma and 2-4 years of retail sales management experience preferred; travel not required. Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team development.
