Store-in-Store Manager

Manage store-in-store partner locations by leading a team of Mobile Experts, overseeing opening/closing procedures, and controlling customer flow to maximize sales and revenue. Conduct daily observations of staff interactions, provide one-on-one coaching, and ensure the team adheres to national standards while managing labor, service, and expenses. Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic environments, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate product value, build loyalty, and deepen relationships through solution-based selling. Coordinate with partner leadership to drive referrals and maintain a competitive best-practice culture focused on customer experience and meeting performance goals.
