Job Summary
Manage retail operations within partner locations to enhance customer engagement and sales performance; lead a sales team to deliver product education, customer service, and achieve performance goals; maintain operational standards, coach staff, and foster partnerships with store-in-store partners; responsibilities include opening/closing, adhering to standards, coaching for better customer interactions and sales skills, maintaining product knowledge, understanding promotions, and building and sustaining partnerships with partner leadership to drive customer outcomes; travel as needed and participate in other duties/projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)
