Job Summary
The Store HR Representative provides HR support and guidance to store leadership on staffing, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, and HR policy. Partners with store leadership and the HR Market Manager to drive talent management, talent development, and total rewards activities, including workforce planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include assisting with staffing/interviews, managing applications, coordinating orientation and training, promoting engagement through mTeam/mCulture/mPerformance initiatives, communicating with team members, and supporting employee relations, dispute resolution, and policy adherence. The role requires high school equivalency, with an associate degree or higher preferred, and emphasizes leadership presence, initiative, communication, and relationship-building across the organization. Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalency required
- Associate Degree or above in Human Resources preferred
- Ability to present thought leadership, demonstrate leadership presence, and be approachable
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to facilitate meetings and group discussions
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
