Job Summary
Greets customers promptly, ensures store readiness, and maintains high standards for cleanliness and appearance. Operates the shift efficiently by completing checklists, recording hours, and stocking shelves while cleaning equipment and maintaining food service areas. Advises the Store Manager on personnel issues, safety concerns, and maintenance problems to protect assets and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Actively promotes the Huck's Bucks Loyalty app to customers and monitors transactions for misuse. Works the posted schedule, adhering to company Responsible Retailing and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Is committed to our Vision/Mission Statement (T.H.A.N.K.S)
- Follows the work schedule as posted, unless a change in schedule is arranged with Store Manager
- Treats all co-workers and customers with dignity and respect
- Complies with the Company Responsible Retailing policy
- Ensures that lifting procedures are followed per company policy
- Ensures that wet floor signs are used, per company policy
- Reports accidents promptly to the Store Manager and corporate office
