• •Ability to control variable expenses of the store
• •Ability to increase profits to ensure financial security of ESOP
• •Ability to manage all expenses and sales to budget
• •Ability to utilize all tools and departments to ensure programs and policies are executed
• •Ability to handle customer conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method
• •Ability to ensure store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• •Ability to ensure store is open and ready for business during all hours
• •Ability to give prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• •Ability to participate in Suggestive Selling contests by motivating Sales Associates
• •Ability to know customer's wants and needs through community involvement
• •Ability to ensure all security video surveillance equipment is in working order
• •Ability to ensure all associate cash handling procedures are followed

• •Ability to ensure all company assets are protected including cash and merchandise
