Job Summary
Operate the store efficiently within company policy and local laws to ensure profitability and high customer service standards. Manage expenses and sales to budget, execute neighborhood marketing, and recruit talented candidates. Schedule associates to meet business demands, communicate with division and corporate offices, and perform all daily store checklists. Conduct inventories, cash audits, and supply audits; ensure accurate paperwork, timely deposits, and sufficient change availability. Maintain inventory levels, post schedules two weeks in advance, and enforce uniform and safety policies. Treat associates with dignity, ensure proper breaks and training, and report accidents or injuries promptly.
