Store - Huck's Assistant Manager

Huck’s Market Assistant Manager role overseeing shift operations and store profitability, with duties spanning customer service excellence, shift scheduling, bookkeeping, and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include greeting customers via store intercom, managing hours, covering manager days off, and leading through peak hours; performing tasks assigned by the Store Manager; communicating with staff; ensuring compliance with laws; supervising associates; handling sales recording, over rings, refunds, daily paperwork, and deposits; advising on personnel issues; maintaining security and safety; merchandising and maintenance of store spaces; and promoting the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app. The position offers an opportunity to promote to Store Manager after training and openings, with negotiable relocation for openings.
