Job Summary
Manage store HR support and assistance to store leadership through coaching and guidance on staffing, workforce planning, training, retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, EEO, safety, and HR policy. Assist with the staffing, interview, and selection process for leadership and non-leadership roles while overseeing orientation, onboarding, and training to drive engagement. Champion engagement through mTeam, mCulture, and mPerformance initiatives, ensuring effective communication with all team members. Provide guidance on career development resources, track individual development plans, and consult leadership on employee relations activities, dispute resolution, and corrective actions. Support HR Market Managers with projects as needed. This bench position requires availability to work other stores within the South Indianapolis market.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and to build a positive rapport with all levels of the organization (up, down and sideways)

Desired Qualifications
