Job Summary
The Store HR Representative provides HR support to store leadership through coaching on HR matters including staffing, onboarding, onboarding/training, retention, employee relations, compensation, EEO, safety, policy and more. Partners with the HR Market Manager to drive talent management, development goals, and engagement; manages applicant tracking, onboarding, training development, and communication with team members; conducts reporting and analysis for talent management and rewards programs; guides leadership on career development resources, performance management, and disciplinary actions; supports policies across compensation, payroll, benefits, and disability management; may assist with additional administrative duties. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; schedule flexibility and confidentiality are essential.
