Grant or deny facility access by verifying government-issued IDs and ensuring customers are of legal age. Greet customers and vendors courteously to create a welcoming environment, while providing safety escorts to and from vehicles as needed. De-escalate unhappy situations by applying customer soft skills, partnering with onsite Security and Management when behaviors persist, and refusing entry to intoxicated or disruptive persons. Observe surroundings for suspicious or unlawful activities, reporting incidents to Management, Security, or contacting local law enforcement. Assist disabled customers, check in delivery vendors, and ensure visitors are signed into the log. Occasionally complete incident reports and direct traffic during peak periods. Work part-time shifts between 8am and 10pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
