Job Summary
Store Hospitality Associate Trainee is a front-line role responsible for delivering personalized, fast, and friendly service, preparing food and beverages, processing customer purchases, and adhering to safety and age-restricted sales regulations. The role includes replenishing inventory, maintaining cleanliness of food prep and storage areas, and following cash handling procedures to balance fast service with customer experience. Training includes ServSafe Food Handler certification and age-restricted sales training; the position is part of a year-round schedule with a flexible shift pattern. Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete a four-phase training program (including obtaining a ServSafe Food Handler online certification)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- Prior experience in food service and knowledge of USDA/state/federal/local guidelines is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for creating memorable service experiences
- Able to solve basic mathematical calculations
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift moderate weights with or without reasonable accommodation
