Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard drivers and customer service representatives while coaching team members on service standards and store operations. Lead in-store training sessions, maintain documentation, and partner with store leaders to ensure full staffing and new hire retention. This hands-on role requires travel between multiple locations, a valid driver's license, and availability from 10am to 10pm, including one weekend day. Compensation includes a base weekly salary plus weekly bonuses for fully staffed stores, with total earnings ranging up to $98,800 annually. Domino's provides training and an American Express card for fuel, supporting our commitment to developing exceptional talent in our fast-paced Indiana and Kentucky stores.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available from approximately 10am-10pm
- Valid driver's license with at least one year of safe driving history, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between multiple store locations
- 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, shift leadership, or team development
- Must enjoy being on the floor, interacting with team members, and leading by example — this is not a desk-based position
- 1 weekend day required
- 5 days per week
