Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor while directing customers to product locations. Learn and master basic competencies across various store departments to fill in customer service positions and assist with inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations, including vendor, non-cooking, and cooking demos. Collaborate with different departments to enhance store efficiency and support store-wide projects and events. Adapt to specific departmental needs as situations arise. Other duties as assigned. Starting pay is $22.00–$26.99/hr. You must be at least 18, hold a High School diploma, and possess a Food Handler's Card. Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Card
- Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products, preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency, familiarity with ten-key/calculator, and comfortable using computers
- Must be able to work at least one weekend shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
