Job Summary
Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery while monitoring store performance against KPIs. Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics to implement action plans that improve efficiency, and oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Train staff on operational excellence, conduct regular evaluations, and handle escalated customer issues to drive satisfaction. Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives and inventory control to minimize waste, identifying gaps to recommend improvements. This role supports CJ Foodville's national Tous Les Jours brand as the company expands its Korean food culture to the global market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful bakery management history
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
