Responsibilities include prioritizing workload for delivery options, ensuring packing standards, minimizing steps for in-store order fulfillment (including STH and BOPIS), organizing equipment, replenishing supplies, maintaining merchandise presentation, and contributing to a positive store culture. Requires comfort with technology (smartphones/tablets and Windows), flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move around all store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.
