Job Summary
Process store fulfillment orders with accuracy and speed by picking, packing, and preparing daily items for pickup or delivery. Strategically select merchandise to minimize steps while maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping fulfillment areas organized. Prioritize workload based on customer delivery options and follow packing standards to ensure a positive experience. Replenish supplies, support store recovery efforts, and assist customers during peak traffic periods. Adhere to asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to minimize risk. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and store objectives while leveraging training tools to strengthen performance. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to move around all store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.
