Job Summary
Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty, providing in-the-moment coaching to elevate team performance and engagement. Represent the brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire customer loyalty while addressing concerns to maintain satisfaction. Support the achievement of sales goals through effective customer engagement, ensuring merchandise stock levels are adequate and visual standards are met. Complete inventory transactions including receiving, MOS, and RARs, and ensure all policies and standard operating procedures are communicated and followed. Work between 20 and 25 hours with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older at the time of employment
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Must be able to communicate verbally
- Must be able to work cooperatively with associates and customers
- Must be able to remain standing for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to move about the store coaching and directing associates
- Must be able to sell to customers
- Must be able to retrieve merchandise from stockroom or sales floor
- Must be able to grab, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be able to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to ascend/descend ladders
- Must be able to operate a computer, POS system, keyboards, merchandise scanners and mouse
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have regular and predictable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in retail management systems
