Job Summary

Join Chico's FAS as a Store Facilities Coordinator, where you will oversee the facilities maintenance for remote locations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for associates and customers. This role involves managing work orders, reporting, and compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business or related field or equivalent experience highly preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of facilities or property management in a corporate, managerial or supervisory role preferred
  • Good technical knowledge in all facets of the commercial/retail property/facilities management industry
  • Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate effectively/successfully
  • Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and complex projects from beginning to end
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
