Store Environment TM

Store Environment Team Member responsible for maintaining a clean, safe store environment and delivering friendly customer service. Duties include cleaning floors and restrooms, disposing of trash, restocking and placing products, preparing cleaning solutions, deep cleaning high-traffic areas, and notifying supervisors for supplies. The role involves assisting customers, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and enabling Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS). Additional duties include participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to SOPs, and modeling a positive image for customers and team members. Must maintain compliance with all federal, state, and county guidelines and communicate effectively with the supervisor and team.
