Store Environment Team Member

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service. Assist customers in finding items, handle checkout tasks, and participate in omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store). Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and deep cleaning of key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways). Prepare cleaning solutions per specifications and keep equipment organized. Notify supervisor of supply needs and take initiative to complete assigned tasks. Adhere to all applicable laws and SOPs, and model a positive image for customers and team members. May assist with rewards enrollments and engage customers on benefits; participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance. Support shrink and safety programs and maintain a climate-controlled public retail environment. Minimum age 16+ with equal opportunity employment.
