Store Environment Team Member

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the brand promise; provide friendly customer service, help customers shop and find items; assist with checkout and cash handling; engage in Omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store); participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes; perform deep cleaning of key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, high-traffic zones) and maintain safe store environments; notify supervisor of supply needs; follow SOPs and company policies; contribute to a positive image and teamwork; comply with all federal, state, and local requirements; support shrink and safety programs; accommodate customers with disabilities when needed; minimum age 16 to work; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.
