Store Environment Team Member

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, restroom cleaning, stocking, and assisting customers with store navigation and product placement. Provide friendly customer service, engage in checkout activities including cash handling, and participate in omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store). Support planogram execution, replenishment, and store operations while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. Exhibit a positive, respectful demeanor with customers and team members, and take initiative to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance. Includes working nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed in a public retail setting.
