Store Environment Team Member

Store Environment Team Member responsible for maintaining store appearance, cleaning, and safety standards; assist customers, operate cash register, participate in Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store), and support planogram/pog processes. Expected duties include cleaning floors and bathrooms, dusting, stocking, handling trash, assisting with customer inquiries, engaging with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies, and promoting a positive image as a role model for the team. Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred; physical requirements include standing for long periods and ability to lift/move heavy boxes as needed.
