Store Environment Team Member

Store Environment Team Member role responsible for maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery, delivering friendly customer service, helping customers locate items, and handling checkout duties. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, bathrooms and high-traffic areas), preparing cleaning solutions, stocking and organizing products, participating in truck unloading and stocking, executing planograms, supporting omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store), and engaging customers with the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Requires adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies, positive interactions with customers and teammates, and willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.
