Job Summary
Operate company-owned and leased trucks over 4 tons for delivery, pickup, and relocation of materials. Perform user maintenance and provide reports before, during, and after operations. Ensure outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup, and maintain all required certifications by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs. Possess a valid CDL and medical certificate, and able to make overnight runs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Valid CDL required with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have only one valid commercial driver’s license
- Must have a valid medical certificate
- Ability to always operate and maintain equipment safely
- Ability to know how to safely load, block, brace, and secure cargo
- Ability to make overnight runs as required by shipping needs
- Must be able to learn to operate all MHE used by the company
- Ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures
