Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting sales programs, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value, stocking and inventory control, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting walk-in customers to identify parts or services. Requires safe driving, ability to use delivery and inventory systems, and effective communication. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to read safety rules and manuals; automotive parts experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to use basic math in all units of measure
- English language proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales orientation
- Ability to engage customers and promote products
