Job Summary
Store Driver for Advance Auto Parts delivers parts to pro customers, handles returns and cores, promotes current sales and loyalty programs, and upsells to increase transaction value. Responsibilities include selecting and staging items, maintaining store cleanliness and stock, building relationships with customers (MainStreet and National Pro customers), assisting in upselling/cross-selling, and using inventory and store systems. Requires safe driving, ability to communicate effectively, basic math, and willingness to work varied days including evenings/weekends. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required; automotive parts experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish a plus; prior delivery and customer-service experience valued.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and catalogs
- Proficient in basic math
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- English language skills; Spanish a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques
- Experience with inventory systems or back stock management
