Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers; pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs; build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries; assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value; maintain store cleanliness and stock handling including back stock and cycle counts; engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate parts or services; operate inventory systems and stay knowledgeable on new arrivals; demonstrate safe driving, navigation, and effective communication to support sales and customer service; able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
