Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, taking returns, stocking and maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging with walk-in customers to recommend parts or services. Must upsell/cross-sell to increase average transaction value, maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals, operate inventory systems, and build relationships with customers while adhering to safety and store policies. Strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), ability to work days/evenings/weekends, and willingness to learn new products and sales techniques. Knowledge of automotive parts and customer service orientation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs
- Ability to use basic math and understand inventory systems
