Store Driver

Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering automotive parts to professional customers, handling returns, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Tasks include drop-offs, daily collection of credit accounts, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, maintaining store cleanliness and stock, stocking back room and front-end inventory, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and provide solutions. Requires knowledge of product inventory/new arrivals, ability to work with inventory systems, strong customer service and sales aptitude, safe driving, bilingual ability (English; Spanish a plus), and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with or without assistance. Must read and interpret safety rules, manuals and catalogs, perform basic math, and be available to work various days, evenings, and weekends. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. The role is primarily in-store with occasional outside work and adherence to Equal Opportunity policies.
