Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers; handling returns and cores; promoting sales and loyalty programs; collecting credit accounts; building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; engaging walk-in customers to identify needs and upsell/cross-sell products; maintaining store cleanliness and stock (inventory, back stock, cycle counts); operating store equipment and inventory systems; ensuring safety and quality in driving and customer service; strong communication to promote products and services; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to communicate in English (Spanish a plus)
