Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering automotive parts to pro customers, handling returns, stocking, inventory control, and upselling/cross-selling to increase average transaction value. Role emphasizes safe driving, use of delivery systems, customer service and relationship-building with MainStreet and National Pro customers, knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals, and maintaining store cleanliness and stock. Requires English fluency (Spanish a plus), basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts in a retail environment; prior automotive parts experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
- Basic math literacy for transaction handling
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
