Job Summary
Store Driver responsibilities include picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns and cores, and delivering weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. The role involves daily collection of credit accounts and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, with opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, manage stocking/back stock and cycle counts, and stay knowledgeable about product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Requires ability to use the delivery board system, engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend solutions, strong English communication (Spanish a plus), and adherence to safety and inventory procedures. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work varied shifts including days/evenings/weekends, and be comfortable with lifting requirements and operating inventory systems in a retail automotive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Basic math proficiency
- Experience in automotive parts preferred
- English required; Spanish a plus
