Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering automotive parts to professional customers, handling returns, and promoting sales and loyalty programs. Duties include drop-off of flyers, building and maintaining relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value, maintaining store cleanliness and inventory accuracy (stocking, back stock, cycle counts), using the delivery board system, assisting walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services, and adhering to safety and driving requirements. Requires good English communication (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety and maintenance documents, basic math skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to work a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends; automotive parts experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Use basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
