Store Driver

Deliver parts to pro customers and pick/stock the store, including delivering parts, assisting with returns, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory knowledge. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services; operate inventory systems and safety/compliance procedures; read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs; communicate effectively with customers and team; flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends.
