Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting sales and loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventory, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Must navigate routes, operate inventory systems, and upsell/cross-sell to increase average transaction value while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily deliveries. Strong customer service, analytical, and math skills, with the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive parts experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Prior automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- English proficiency; Spanish a plus
