Store Driver

Deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns, drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value. Stock and stockroom duties, cycle counts, and maintain store cleanliness. Interact with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of basic math, reading safety/operating manuals, and operating inventory systems is required. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and to work in a retail environment inside a store with occasional outside work.
