Store Driver

Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns and cores, and assisting with upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value. Maintains store cleanliness, stocking, inventory accuracy (back stock and cycle counts), and knowledge of product inventory. Engages with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services; builds relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; promotes current sales and loyalty programs. Demonstrates safe driving, navigation, and use of delivery boards; communicates effectively with customers and team; capable of basic math and operating inventory systems. Requires English (Spanish a plus), ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and willingness to work varied days/hours. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; License: valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Advocate for safety and customer service while supporting store operations and sales goals.
