Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for selecting, staging, and delivering automotive parts to pro customers, picking up returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Will assist in upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory including back stock and cycle counts, and engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Must operate inventory systems, read safety and maintenance manuals, perform basic math, and be able to work varied days including evenings and weekends. Requires English language proficiency (Spanish a plus) and a valid driver's license; automotive parts experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience preferred
